This is a 1-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Colonial Revival style built in 1940. The structural system is frame. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original wood siding. The building has a high side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with flush eaves. Windows are original wood, 12/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay platform/stoop characterized by a flat roof clad in asphalt shingles with decorative metal posts
